Refund policy

All of our Tuff Leash products are built to order.  Therefore we don't offer a standard refund policy.  However, we will exchange brand new/unused leashes or collars within 2-weeks of receipt (shipping not included.)  Please contact customer service via e-mail (chewprooftechnologies@gmail.com) if you need to exchange a product.
