Limited Lifetime Warranty

Because we believe in the TUFFness of our products, every dog collar or leash purchase comes with a limited lifetime warranty policy. 

While your dog may continue to chew ON their leash, our cable-embedded technology prevents them from chewing THROUGH the leash. Most dogs will be deterred simply by feeling the cable inside.

If your dog manages to chew completely through your TUFF Leash or collar, we will replace it for just $20. International warranty replacement is $25 bucks.

WARRANTY:

This warranty does not cover normal "wear & tear" such as faded or frayed leashes and collars. Improper use of our products, such as using your dog leash as a tether, will void the warranty. 

You do not need to send the product back to us. We do not offer refunds. 

SUBMIT A TUFF LEASH WARRANTY CLAIM:

Email us at chewprooftech@gmail.com and include the following:

• Your name, email address, etc.
• Tuff Leash Product (Leash, collar, etc.)
• Size (Length of leash, collar size, etc.)Color (What color is your current Tuff Leash item)
• Product Photos (Please upload 1-2 photos of your damaged Tuff Leash)
• What you’d like to receive in return. Including customizations, size, color, etc.

After we receive your TUFF Leash Warranty Claim, we will verify your claim. If approved, we will issue a ticket number and reply to your email. You can submit payment for your warranty claim HERE (USA only) or HERE for international orders.

NOTE:

Original Tuff Leashes with locking carabiners will NOT receive a new carabiner.  Please use your original carabiner with your new replacement leash.

If your original purchase included add-ons or customizations, your warranty replacement can include those same customizations.
